1. Scope of Use

Focast is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. It is designed as a focus and ambient tool to help you concentrate and create a calm workspace. Focast is not intended for medical use or for the treatment of mental health conditions.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Focast on your Mac device. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App;

• Reverse-engineer or attempt to access its source code;

• Extract, copy, or use the included sounds outside of Focast, in any product, service, or commercial activity.

3. Sounds & Content

• All sounds in Focast are sourced from licensed content legally purchased by Focast and produced for use within the App.

• These sounds are exclusive to Focast and may not be exported, redistributed, or used outside the App.

  
  

4. Payment

Focast currently offers a one-time purchase model. All payments are securely processed through the Apple App Store. Refunds follow the policies set by Apple App Store.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced within the App or on our official website. Continued use of Focast after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
